Measure the length and width in feet and the thickness in inches. The calculator converts your dimensions to cubic feet and cubic yards, then divides by the yield of your bag size (80lb bag = 0.60 cu ft, 60lb = 0.45, 40lb = 0.30) and adds a 10% waste factor.
